about

Black Lives Matter

Allow yourself to admit that that phrase isn't an attack on anyone else if you don't already understand it correctly.

Allow yourself to admit you may not know everything, that you may not know anything. Allow yourself to admit that your ignorance can cause problems. Allow yourself to admit that you can change. Allow yourself to admit that we're all in this together, but only if you first admit you do not know everything...

Dedicated to the reminder that freedom is an endless struggle and that I can do better and we can all do better to speak up against racism.

For Lonnie Holley, Angela Davis, Ralph Ellison, James Baldwin, Candi Staton, and the myriad other African American artists that have inspired me throughout my life.

Pay what you like. All proceeds for this piece will be donated to Black Lives Matter and Southern Poverty Law Center.
